Who can use Cicero

You must be 13 or older to use Cicero. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf and is the account holder for payment.

Your account

One account per student. Keep your sign-in private; you are responsible for what happens under it.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your receipt; cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't share accounts, don't copy or scrape the question bank, don't use the tutor to complete an official test or someone else's graded work, and don't try to break the service.

What Cicero is not

Cicero is a study tool. It is not a promise of any particular score or grade; results depend on the student. It is not a substitute for a school, a counselor, or emergency help.

Ending the agreement

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Cicero is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, JNG Services LLC's total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

If we have a dispute we cannot settle between us, it will be resolved by binding arbitration seated in New Jersey and administered by the American Arbitration Association under its consumer arbitration rules, rather than in court. Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead. For a student under 18, the account holder agrees to this on the account's behalf.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change we post the new version here with a new effective date; using the service after that means you accept them.
